•Eligible Claims

To be eligible for the additional gifts, eligible claimants must complete and submit the online claim form via the BenQ Australia website during the redemption period, in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.

The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash or be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion code.

If you have purchased a BenQ Colour Accurate Monitor, the claim portal can be accessed through the Claim Now link provided above.

The claimant must:

(a) Provide all required details, including (but not limited to) the claimant’s full name, BenQ order number, contact telephone number and email address.

(b) Upload a screenshot of the BenQ Member Center while signed into their account which was used to place the eligible order .

•Eligible Claimants will be notified by email to their nominated email address that their claim has been deemed valid within a reasonable period of time.

•BenQ Australia will then arrange for the Eligible Claimant to receive the e-voucher or amount as specified in the details above.

•If an Eligible Claimant becomes aware that they have submitted incorrect information (whether an email address is incorrect or other details), the Eligible Claimant must immediately notify BenQ Australia of the Eligible Claimant's error and provide the correct information. If not done within a reasonable period of time and the gift is sent to the incorrect account, the Promoter takes no responsibility and will not re-issue the gift, and the Eligible Claimant agrees that if they did submit incorrect information and did not notify BenQ Australia at BQausales@BenQ.com, they are forfeit to claiming the promotion.

FUJIFILM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOUSE OF PHOTOGRAPHY E-VOUCHERS

The House of Photography e-vouchers are issued by Fujifilm Australia Pty Ltd (000 064 433) (“we“, “us“ or “our“). These Terms and Conditions apply to all House of Photography e-vouchers issued by us. A reference to “you” and “your” is a reference to a e-voucher purchaser or recipient (as applicable).

You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by making any transaction using an e-voucher or exercising or attempting to exercise any right to redeem an e-voucher.

Definitions

“E-voucher” means the digital voucher issued by us via SMS or email that can be used for purchase online or instore.

“HOP Retail Store” means the FUJIFILM House of Photography located at 263 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

“Website” means fujifilm-houseofphotography.com.au.

Use of the e-voucher

1.            E-vouchers will be sent as a link to the nominated email address. It must be presented on-screen, or its unique code entered at the time of purchase, online or in-store, to be redeemed.  Printing the e-voucher does not convert it into a physical voucher.

2.            The value of an e-voucher at the time of issue is referred to as the "Maximum Value" and is expressed in AUD and includes GST. Each e-voucher is loaded with $200 as a Maximum Value which may be applied subject to clauses 3 and 5 below.

3.            Each e-voucher is valid for use between 12:01am AEDT 15/12/2025 and 11:59pm AEDT 15/01/2026.

4.            The e-voucher is not redeemable for cash. You should treat the e-voucher as cash. The e-voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. E-vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

5.            Once issued, the e-voucher can only be used for purchases on the Website or at the HOP Retail Store towards purchases of X Series, GFX camera bodies and FUJINON XF/XC/GF lenses only. Excludes purchases of X100VI, GFX ETERNA 55, FUJINON GF32-90MM, X-E5, X-E5 + XF 23mm F2.8 R WR (hard bundle kit), X-T30 III, X-T30 III + XC 13-33mm F3.5-6.3, XC 13-33MM and GFX100RF. 

6.            Each e-voucher may only be used in a single purchase for a total value up to the Maximum Value.  Any remaining value that is unspent will be forfeited, except as required by law.

7.            Upon expiry of the e-voucher, the e-voucher will no longer be redeemable and any remaining value that remains unspent will be forfeited in accordance with clause 6.

8.            If the total purchase price of goods or services you wish to purchase exceeds the Maximum Value of the e-voucher, you will need to provide an additional method of payment for the additional amount.

9.            The e-voucher issued to the recipient may not be cancelled or exchanged by you for any other type of e-voucher or credit note.

10.          Goods or services that are purchased using a valid e-voucher may be exchanged or returned in accordance with our exchange and returns policy at https://fujifilm-houseofphotography.com.au/policies/refund-policy. In the event that returned goods or services that have been purchased using the e-voucher qualify for a refund, you must provide to us the original purchase docket or transaction confirmation and e-voucher. Unless the voucher used to purchase goods or services has expired, once the refund has been processed, the remaining value of the e-voucher will be increased by the amount of the refund, and we will, at our election, either send you another e-voucher or issue a store credit for this amount. A refund cannot be processed as an e-voucher where it results in the e-voucher’s remaining value exceeding the Maximum Value of the e-voucher.

11.          In the event that you are unable to produce the e-voucher for the purposes of processing a refund, then we may in our discretion:

a.            replace the goods or re-perform the services; or

b.            provide you with a voucher for the equivalent value.

Your responsibility

12.          You are responsible for your e-voucher and are liable for all transactions made using your e-voucher.

13.          We are not responsible for any failures or interruptions in the provision of point-of-sale facilities and e-voucher transaction functionality on the Website.

General

14.          These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of an E-voucher is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

We will use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy (which can be viewed at www.fujifilm.com.au/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy).  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to our Privacy Officer (Postal Address: PO Box 63 North Ryde BC NSW 1670 - Email: ffau.privacy@fujifilm.com). The Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may opt out, access, update or correct your personal information, how you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by us, we may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see our Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.  By redeeming an e-voucher you consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that we are not liable in this regard.
