•Eligible Claims

To be eligible for the additional gifts, eligible claimants must complete and submit the online claim form via the BenQ Australia website during the redemption period, in accordance with their respective Terms and Conditions.

The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash or be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion code.

If you have purchased a BenQ Colour Accurate Monitor, the claim portal can be accessed through the Claim Now link provided above.

The claimant must:

(a) Provide all required details, including (but not limited to) the claimant’s full name, BenQ order number, contact telephone number and email address.

(b) Upload a screenshot of the BenQ Member Center while signed into their account which was used to place the eligible order .

•Eligible Claimants will be notified by email to their nominated email address that their claim has been deemed valid within a reasonable period of time.

•BenQ Australia will then arrange for the Eligible Claimant to receive the codes or amount as specified in the details above.

•If an Eligible Claimant becomes aware that they have submitted incorrect information (whether an email address is incorrect or other details), the Eligible Claimant must immediately notify BenQ Australia of the Eligible Claimant's error and provide the correct information. If not done within a reasonable period of time and the gift is sent to the incorrect account, the Promoter takes no responsibility and will not re-issue the gift, and the Eligible Claimant agrees that if they did submit incorrect information and did not notify BenQ Australia at BQausales@BenQ.com, they are forfeit to claiming the promotion.
