NOTE: By registering for and entering the Contest, Participants affirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Official Contest Rules. Entries must be submitted by the Participant through the official landing page at ZOWIE Aim Challenge (“Event Page”). Entries submitted through unauthorized sources or by any other means will be deemed invalid.
ZOWIE AIM CHALLENGE OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Terms and Condition
1) OVERVIEW. The ZOWIE Aim Challenge (the “Contest”) is an online contest organized by ZOWIE, a brand of BenQ America Corp. (“BenQ” or “Sponsor”), with its principal office located at 3200 Park Center Drive, Suite 150, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. By entering the Contest, you (“you” or “Participant”) represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules.
2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase of any BenQ or Zowie product will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, eligible Participants must complete the online entry form at https://benq.surveycake.biz/s/8R0MP by May 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PST and comply with all Contest submission requirements. Limit one entry per person.

• ZOWIE, in collaboration with ENVY, will provide a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the VCT Americas Stage 1 Qualifiers at Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles,
California, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodation, meal vouchers, and a VIP meet-and-greet experience.

4) CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD. Contest starts on April 7th, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on May 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PST. Entries submitted outside the designated entry period will not be eligible.
5) ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and Washington D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Exclusions:
• Current Tier 1 & Tier 2 registered Pro players in leagues including, but not limited to Valorant Champions Tour Americas (VCTA), Valorant Champions Tour Challengers (VCTC) and Valorant
Champions Tour Game Changers (VCTGC) are not eligible to enter.
• Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Failure to comply with any deadline, eligibility requirement, or any other provision of these Official Contest Rules will result in disqualification.
6) TO ENTER. To enter the Contest, eligible Participants must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:
1. Watch Demon1’s tutorial video explaining the challenge.
2. Screen record a video of your participation in the gaming challenge. Your screen recording must meet all of the following:
i. The entire challenge attempt must be recorded.
ii. The recording must have your username displayed onscreen at all times.
iii. The recording must show the full run from start to finish.
iv. The final time must be clearly visible on the results screen.
v. The recording must be unedited.
3. Post the video on X and include the required hashtag #ZOWIEAimChallenge.
4. Visit the Event Page https://zowie.benq.com/en-us/campaign/zowie-aim-challenge.html to submit the ZOWIE Survey.
5. Once submitted, valid entries will be enrolled for winner selection, at all times subject to these Official Contest Rules
Only eligible entries that fully comply with these Official Contest Rules, including Section 7 below, will be eligible for winner selection.
7) SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. Each submission must comply with all of the following:
1. Participant’s X account must be public during the Contest Period and judging process so that Sponsor can verify entries.
2. Any submission through the use of scripts, macros, bots, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or other automated means, or by any means intended to circumvent these Official Contest Rules, is void.
3. Any violation of VALORANT’s terms of service or any infringement of third-party rights may result in immediate disqualification.
4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
5. Sponsor reserves the right to review, verify, and investigate all gameplay and submissions for integrity, authenticity, and compliance with these Official Contest Rules.
6. Any submission that contains malware, viruses, malicious code, corrupted files, or other harmful material, or otherwise threatens the security or integrity of the Contest or any related system, is void.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such participant and to pursue any legal or equitable remedy available under applicable law.
Any submission that does not comply with these Official Contest Rules, including the Submission Rules in this Section 7, will be disqualified.
8) WINNER SELECTION. Three (3) winners will be selected based on the fastest verified completion time timely received by Sponsor by May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT. The Participant with the fastest verified completion time will be selected as the first-place winner. The Participant with the second-fastest verified completion time will be selected as the second-place winner. The Participant with the third-fastest verified completion time will be selected as the third-place winner. In the event of a tie in completion time, the Participant who submitted the tied result first, as determined by Sponsor based on the submission timestamp, will be the winner. All findings and determinations by Sponsor are final, binding, and unappealable.
Winners will be notified via direct message to their X account on or about May 11, 2026. To claim a prize, each winner may be required, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification card and to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within five (5) days of notification, or the applicable prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible Participant with the next-fastest verified performance score. Winners must reply to Sponsor’s email and claim their price within 7 days from the date of the email notification. In the event Participant does not reply within such period of time to claim their prize, the applicable prize(s) will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have the discretion to choose another winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or unverified entries, or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind that may affect entry submission, posting, receipt, review, or verification. If, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Contest is impaired in any way, including by tampering, fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual involved and/or to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest. If the Contest is terminated prior to the stated end date, notice will be posted on Sponsor’s website or Event Page.Please allow 4–6 weeks after a winner has claimed their price and Sponsor’s verification of winner status for prize fulfillment. Physical prizes will be shipped only to a valid continental U.S. address. P.O. boxes are not accepted.
9) ADDITIONAL RULES. Participants must provide all required information completely and accurately. Incomplete, late, misdirected, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void and may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest, submit entries using multiple identities or accounts, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in disqualification, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to review and verify all entries for eligibility, authenticity, and compliance with these Official Contest Rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Contest is modified, suspended, or canceled, Sponsor will provide notice on the Event Page or its website. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any dispute regarding the Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. By entering, each Participant submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an entry, Sponsor will require proof of identity and eligibility from any winner.
10) REPRESENTATIONS. By submitting an entry, each Participant represents and warrants that: (a) the submission is the Participant’s original work, and the Participant can grant all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit the entry as described in these Official Contest Rules; (b) the submission does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other right of any third party; and (c) the submission complies with these Official Contest Rules and all applicable platform terms and conditions.
11) USE RIGHTS LICENSE. By submitting an entry, Participant grants Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to:
(a) use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, repost, and otherwise exploit the submission, including without limitation, the screen recording and X post, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, marketing, contest administration, and other lawful business purposes, without further notice, consent, or compensation, except where prohibited by law;
(b) use the Participant’s name, social media handle, likeness, biographical information, and submission in connection with the Contest and for related advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, without further notice or compensation except where prohibited by law. For Participants residing in Tennessee, the foregoing license is limited to two (2) years from date of entry receipt.
By providing their email addresses, Participants agree to receive marketing and promotional materials regarding BenQ and Zowie products. The use of such emails will be governed by BenQ’s Privacy Policy.
12) X DISCLAIMER. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X. By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless X from any and all liability related to this promotion. Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to X. Participation must comply with all applicable X terms and policies, and any violation may result in disqualification.
13) CHANGE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONTEST. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or other unforeseen issues. Any changes will be posted to the Event Page.
14) YOUR PRIVACY. Each Participant individually agrees that any personal information provided by them will be: (a) processed in accordance with the BenQ Privacy Policy, which is available at https://zowie.benq.com/en-us/policy/privacy-policy.html (b) used under these Contest Official Rules; and (c) used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest and to enable Sponsor to publicize the Contest in any media. Participants herein consent to Sponsor’s use and disclosure of such data in compliance with the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
15) RELEASES. By entering the Contest, Participant agrees, without limitation, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, platforms, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims and liabilities of any nature and any deriving or related injuries, loss or damage of any kind in connection with the Contest.
16) ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The Contest Official Rules, the Forms, BenQ Privacy Policy and any document that are part of any of the foregoing, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Participants and Sponsor regarding the Contest and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written, and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and statements.
