Every time after powering on the monitor and showing the BenQ logo, the display turns black and has no signal for 1~2 seconds, and then it becomes normal. Why is that and how do I fix it?


Please confirm if you are using D-sub or DVI for connection. If you are using DVI for connection, your feedback is then considered normal because the monitor will detect connection from D-sub first. If there is no signal from D-sub, then it will search for DVI for connection. There will be a lack of input signals for only a short time. The display will indicate “no signal”. If you are using D-sub for connection and this symptom occurs, please contact your nearest service center for inspection.
